What is your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition. We will cover the cost of you returning the sunglasses to us if you're in the UK.
Returns can be processed for a full refund or store credit.

How do I know if the sunglasses will fit before purchase?
We want you to love your new eyesnugs and nothing is more important to us than snugness. If the fit is too snug or not snug enough, please let us know and we can offer you an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We will cover the cost of you returning the sunglasses to us if you're in the UK.
How do I know if the glasses will be tight enough to keep out airborne irritants?
Its a delicate balance between comfort and snugness to prevent airborne irritants which is something we try to optimise with our products. Each product page includes details on snugness and comparison across our models. While it is dependent on face size, on average this is how think about the relative 'snugness" of each model (from least to most snug): Explorer, Originals, Viento, Pursuit and Cocoon
